Otto’s Full Service restaurant is an American Restaurant & Bar, located in the heart of Piermont, New York.
It’s housed inside a former gas station that dates back to the 1920’s. Until recently, there was a man who was known to the locals; he owned and operated the gas station. His name was Otto.

We are currently seeking Servers with a love for serving people and American cuisine.
Responsibilities:
Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests throughout the entirety of the visit
Receive food and beverage orders, enter order correctly into the POS
Anticipate guest needs and note any preferences provided by the guest
Maintain full knowledge of menu
Handle any guest situations with genuine empathy
Complete daily checklist and side work assignments
Organize money and receipts throughout the shift
Keep all areas of the restaurant clean and organized
Assist with setting up patio furniture and maintenance of outside fixtures
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of prior experience as a Server in a busy and well-established restaurant
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, basic wine varietals, and beer styles
Experience with American cuisine is highly preferred
Flexibility in schedule is highly preferred
