Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a kitchen management role

Proven reliability, consistency, and professional demeanor
Excellent organizational skills and ability to delegate tasks effectively

Background in kosher cuisine
Technologically proficient (ordering systems, spreadsheets, inventory management)
Understanding of food costs, yield, and profitability
