Responsibilities:

Set up and clean workstations and catering setups efficiently and hygienically.
Collaborate with the team to manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
Adapt to the dynamic environment of catering events, ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a sushi chef or in a similar role.
Knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, including maki, nigiri, sashimi, and specialty rolls.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication and time management skills.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
