Open Positions:
【Sushi Chef】
- Making nigiri, sashimi, and rolls, Prepare all types of sushi, including maki, nigiri and sashimi.
- Maintaining cleanliness standards
- Speaking to and serving customers
- Rough preparation of fish
- Preparation of other items for the sushi bar
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation
【Server】
Full-time, Part-time positions
Flexible schedules (weekends + holidays) energetic team players.
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Fluent in English, preferred conversational Japanese
- Professional attitude
- Willingness to learn and cooperate with the rest of the FOH team and management
- Learn menu items
- Polish glasses and silverware
- Clean and maintain service area
Experience preferred
【Line Cook】Full-time, Part time.
- Maintaining and cleaning kitchen equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness standards
- Reading and fulfilling orders and tickets
- Various kitchen preparation duties
- Knowledge of knife skills and japanese cuisine preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Conversational japanese a plus
