Catering Company operating in Weehawken NJ hiring Operations Managers
Must have At least 2-5 years experience in busy kitchen organizing staff and supplies for catering meals, ability to make sure food is prepped, and cooked related to various menu options.
Operations Managers will oversee kitchen staff and catering delivery staff in order to execute delivery of orders.
All staff must be flexible enough to work very early mornings to afternoons- sometimes evenings and weekends are required. NJ and NY health department license a plus.
