Yuki's Bakery & Coffee is looking for experienced Shift Leader/Barista to fill full-time position.
Experience in specialty coffee is MUST!
If you Passion is Coffee, and you are a people's person, Love Customer Service and looking for a position of growth this position is for YOU! (Loving freshly baked goods such as Challah bread or a Nutella Babka is a plus!)
We are a local Hoboken bakery located in the heart of Hoboken's residential area and we are now expanding!
What we are looking for:
- An Experienced 3rd Generation Coffee Barista (dial in, Shots, Latte Art, brewing - experienced in working with a professional Espresso Machine) - minimum 2 years
- People's person with a passion for customer service
- Be a kind and welcoming person.
- Be able to work solo, and follow direction
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment without sacrificing great service. You’re at your best and having fun when the pressure is on.
- Supervise the staff at the store, opening and closing procedures
- MUST WORK WEEKENDS
(We are working with Counter Culture Coffee - additional training available by CCC)
