A retired elderly gentleman is seeking a live-in housekeeper/caregiver to help his private household run smoothly. This will be your home. The person must love elderly people and be kind and honest. The rent will be based on your experience & our facilities/utilities provided. Your tasks would include, but are not limited to: weekly light house cleaning; general pick-up; daily tidying; occasional dishwashing; monthly linen changing; weekly laundry; and once a week meal prep for the elderly gentleman. WiFi/internet is provided and you will have a private bedroom. The person who lives here must be a non-smoker. CPR and First Aid Certification would be helpful but is not necessary. The new tenant must have a background of at least 2 years of experience in healthcare or taking care of individuals. This private home is located comfortably in a quiet setting with a beautiful landscape. No alcohol, drugs, tobacco products, or pets are permitted inside the house. Also only approved, occasional visitors are allowed. All utilities are included.
Please note: You will be paid for these part-time duties.
