Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Care Coordinator in West New York, NJ.
The Client Care Coordinator's Responsibility:
Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules to match client needs, availability, and location requirements.
Communicate schedule updates, adjustments, and confirmations to caregivers and clients immediately.
Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients, families, and caregivers professionally and compassionately.
Maintained accurate client records, caregiver Availability lists, and schedules in agency management software, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Assist with payroll processing by verifying caregiver hours and attendance.
Resolve any scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes by finding appropriate caregiver replacements.
Provide excellent customer service to clients, families, and caregivers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
Bilingual Spanish/English, and Customer Service skills
Administrative Assistance skills
Sales skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree preferred
Fluency in Spanish is a must
