Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate part time Endodontic Associate to join our dynamic team as an Independent Contractor. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in endodontic procedures and a passion for delivering high-quality care. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive atmosphere while expanding your clinical skills. We are looking to hire one day a week, every other week, to start this could lead to more days.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform endodontic procedures, including root canal treatments, retreatments, and surgical endodontics.
Evaluate patient histories, diagnose conditions, and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Utilize advanced imaging technology to enhance diagnostic accuracy and treatment outcomes.
Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to ensure integrated patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with practice protocols.
Uphold the highest standards of patient care, safety, and infection control.
Qualifications:
2-3 years experience preferred
DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
Completion of an accredited endodontic residency program.
Valid dental license in New Jersey
Strong clinical skills and proficiency in endodontic procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
What We Offer:
Competitive compensation package - $1,000 per day draw against 35-45% of your collection. Rate is based on experience and is negotiable.
