Searching for a friendly and motivated receptionist to join our Upscale Pediatric Dental Practice located in downtown Montclair, NJ.
You will be the first interaction our families have with our office, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in their job.
Job responsibilities:
-Greeting patients
-Verifying that all paperwork is up to date at check-in
-Verify insurance eligibility, coverage,
-Confirming scheduled appointments
-Answer incoming calls/ emails.
Dental office experience preferred but not required. Willing to train the right candidate. Experience in customer service required.
Hours are Monday, Thursday and Friday from 9-5:30
Salary will be discussed based on Experience.
