Responsibilities:
Provide routine individualized care to for an elderly female
Monitor and report changes in clients health status
Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
Provide specialized healthcare such as managing/monitoring medication
Companionship
Light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders

Qualifications:
MUST have an ACTIVE CHHA license in the state of New Jersey OR Companion is OK
Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields
Speak English Clearly
Positive and client demeanor
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to handle physical workload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
