One of my collaborative and affiliated companies is in need of a dynamic office/admin and operations coordinator who can work full time in person at our Nutley office 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday and one weekend a month.

Our CEO dislikes micromanagement so this position is best for a strong experienced and independent thinking person.
Our office is clean, nice, highly systematized and easy to work it.
The work is simple, straight forward and fun.
Duties include:
Basic office management from answering the phone to sending emails and managing the schedule of the staff
Helping us connect with great people to add to our team
Data entry
Verifying time and attendance
Preparing billing and payroll reports
Attending small meetings and networking with the CEO and business developer
Customer service
