Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily pharmacy operations
- Analyze data trends to identify new revenue-generating opportunities
- Make recommendations for therapeutic changes that benefit both the patient and the pharmacy
- Work closely with the management team to drive business initiatives
- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients and doctors
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an independent pharmacy with in-depth knowledge of operational nuances
- Proficiency in recommending mutually beneficial therapeutic changes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- BestRx knowledge is a plus
