no weekends
internal cat fights limited to 2 per month
must be able to fake laughter at Dr's jokes
must be able to walk and chew gum at the same time
fun office, 1 hour per patient
must be able to pamper our patients, even the obnoxious ones(not many PIA's-but there are a few)
