Prominent plastic surgery practice in Northern New Jersey is currently seeking a skilled NP or PA to join our team as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector. Located in Morristown, NJ, our practice is renowned for its dedication to providing the highest level of care with unmatched professionalism.
APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS
· Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of New Jersey.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience as an aesthetic injector.
· Demonstrated proficiency in facial anatomy, injection techniques, and product selection.
· Laser experience preferred.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with clarity, verbally and in writing.
· Proficiency in building rapport and maintaining trust with patients.
· Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.
· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering superior results.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Perform injectable treatments (neurotoxins, fillers, Kybella, etc.) with precision and expertise.
· Adhere to all established protocols ensuring optimal outcome and patient comfort.
· Conduct detailed consultations to assess individual needs and develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals, anatomy, and aesthetic preferences.
· Discuss treatment options with patients and establish realistic expectations.
· Comply with all HIPAA and OSHA Federal and State requirements.
· Maintain accurate patients records and documentation, including treatment notes, consent forms, and before and after photos.
· Provide pre and post treatment care instructions.
· Retain patients through consistent and detailed follow-up.
· Participate in events as needed.
· Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and products.
· Collaborate with Plastic Surgeon and other team members to ensure seamless coordination of care and exceptional patient experience.
· Uphold the reputation of the practice by adhering to professional standards of conduct, ethics, and patient confidentiality.
