We are looking for a Pediatric Dentist Specialists (independent Contractor). Our practice is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and advanced dental treatment in a warm and welcoming environment. Our state-of-the-art facility utilizes the latest technology and techniques to ensure optimal outcomes for our patients. We pride ourselves on our collaborative team approach and commitment to professional development. This is a beautiful brand new office located in a very busy area of Bayonne.
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate part time Pediatric Associate to join our dynamic team as an Independent Contractor. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in pediatrics and a passion for delivering high-quality care. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive atmosphere while expanding your clinical skills. We are looking to hire two days a week, one weekday and every other Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patient histories, diagnose conditions, and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Utilize advanced imaging technology to enhance diagnostic accuracy and treatment outcomes.
Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to ensure integrated patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with practice protocols.
Uphold the highest standards of patient care, safety, and infection control.
Qualifications:
2-3 years experience preferred
DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
Completion of an accredited endodontic residency program.
Valid dental license in New Jersey
Strong clinical skills and proficiency working with children.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
What We Offer:
Competitive compensation package - $500-$800 per day draw against 30-35% collection. Rate is based on experience and is negotiable.
