Specialty practice in the Maywood / Hackensack area looking for a PODIATRIC MEDICAL
OFFICE ASSISTANT.
We're looking for an experienced (worked in a Podiarty Office), pleasant, kind individual who is fast on their feet and quick
with their mind.
Willingness to learn and open to continuous feedback and constructive criticism.
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service
Experience with electronic health records systems / heavy usage
Patient registration / taking payments etc.
Scheduling appointments / appointment reminder calls
Answering telephones / taking accurate messages
Escort patients into rooms
Stock exam rooms with necessary supplies
Clean rooms in between patients
Clean and disinfect all instruments
Light clean up/Straighten up at end of day
Adhere to HIPAA & universal safety precautions
M, TH, F 8:30am to 5:00PM
Tues 10:30 to 6:30PM
