We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented secretary/receptionist to join our team. Candidate must be able to wear different hats throughout the day to assist different departments to support our organizational plans. This is a vital role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Experience in a chiropractic/physical therapy office (a plus)
MUST Speak English and Spanish Fluently!
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly

The primary job duties include, but are not limited to greeting patients, scheduling patients, answering telephones, light computer work, filing, faxing, photocopying, and assisting the doctors and patients.
Monday- Friday (Full Time).
Hours: 9am to 5pm/or 11am to 7pm
