Licensed, Accredited and busy Same-Day Surgery Center with 2 Operating Rooms and 2 Procedure Rooms is looking for experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses to staff its Pre-Op and Post-Op areas, and Procedure Rooms. FULL TIME POSITION IS AVAILABLE. The ASC is located in the former Barnert Hospital, now a Medical Arts Complex in East Paterson. Minutes from Fair Lawn & Elmwood Park.
In Pre-Op RN will be admitting patients, checking vital signs, reviewing clearances for next day's cases, etc Pre-Op Nurses MUST HAVE IV EXPERIENCE and IV certification preferred
In Post-Op RN will be caring for patients post-surgery and providing discharge instructions, etc Also Circulating OR positions available to fill your week. For Post-op and Circulating OR positions MUST be ACLS certified. For Full-time Applicants MUST be able and willing to do 1-2 Saturday shifts per month.
PER DIEM POSITIONS at top hourly rates also available for EXPERIENCED applicants and those interested to work weekends.
Experience in Same-Day surgery setting preferred, specifically for Orthopedic, Podiatry, Spine Surgery and Pain Management outpatient procedures. Must be a licensed RN in NJ, with current BLS and ACLS certificates, and great references immediately available.
Facility is open Monday through Saturday. Per diem positions are also available to fill your week Please advise if only looking for Saturday and/or Sunday work. Facility mainly does Pain Management procedures on the weekends.
