The Willows Home is a residential health care facility for independent living with support located just outside of downtown Montclair, NJ. The residence currently has a total of 16 rooms and current occupancy of 16 residents on site. Residents must have a degree of mobility and be ambulatory but may benefit from certain services such as meal preparation, laundry services, cleaning services, recreational activities, medication supervision, etc. Our residents will have a level of freedom and may leave the facility to enjoy the local restaurants, parks, and attractions. The entire building has been renovated and retrofitted to ensure the safety and comfort of our residents and staff. Staff members will assist management to ensure the home is kept clean and residents are safe and comfortable. Meals and lodging included for staff administrator.
Responsibilities for Residential Health Care Facility administrator include:
Administration, Medication distribution and 2 Wellness checks during night.
We offer free living, food and all the facilities at the property in exchange of be there during the evenings/nights. We also can offer some paid shifts in the morning. Rate is negotiable.
