Wellcare Nurses and Staffing INC is currently seeking a Spanish-speaking Social Worker to join our team and support individuals and families in our community.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW)
-Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with individuals with disabilities or the elderly
-Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
-Must live within Essex County or surrounding areas
-Willing and able to commute to multiple locations
-Compassionate, reliable, and professional
Responsibilities:
-Provide support, resources, and advocacy for clients and families
-Conduct assessments and follow-ups
-Coordinate with healthcare providers and community agencies
-Maintain accurate and timely documentation
