We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our expanding/growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, and enhancing our organizational effectiveness. This position requires a strong understanding of human resources management , over 2 year work experience, the ability to handle various requests from management. This position pays a base salary plus a performance fee.
Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews.
Maintain employee records and manage data entry tasks accurately.
Conduct research data collection to inform HR strategies and initiatives.
Collaborate with management on organization design and workforce planning.
Utilize HR software such as Dayforce and UltiPro for efficient HR operations.
Provide support in training and development programs for employees.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits and payroll processes.
Stay updated on employment labor laws to ensure company compliance.
Skills
Proficiency in HR software, particularly Dayforce and UltiPro, is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and employment labor law, knowledge of Finance industry and especially Forex and Metals.
Experience in HR sourcing and talent acquisition strategies.
Ability to conduct research data collection for informed decision-making.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with employees at all levels.
Attention to detail in data entry and record maintenance.
