Job Responsibilities:
Manage and organize daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling communications, and maintaining records.
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to appropriate departments.
Coordinate office supplies and ensure that the office is stocked and running smoothly.
Assist with client and vendor communication, maintaining a positive and professional relationship.
Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and organizing paperwork.
Support senior management and staff with various projects as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or certification is a plus.
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (2+ years preferred).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
