A great opportunity. There are FIVE 1br 1bth AIRBNB's that need to be turned over multiple times per week.
You will be paid $60 per turnover, some weeks could have 7+ turnovers. We are also getting 2 more units online so that number will go up.
REQUIREMENTS PLEASE READ - YOU MUST SATISFY ALL REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:
- MUST HAVE PRIOR AIRBNB TURNOVER EXPERIENCE. MUST HAVE PRIOR CLEANING EXPERIENCE.
- MUST BE LOCAL TO HOBOKEN. You cannot live 20 or more minutes from Hoboken because you will be coming here very frequently.
- Must speak English
- Must have a car or easy access to hoboken
- Must have own cleaning supplies
- Must be available weekdays and weekends for cleaning. The schedule is created well in advance so you will know when you have jobs.
- Must be tech savvy and able to work smartphone apps and take / upload photos of your work.
- Must have own general liability insurance you will be working as a subcontractor. (You can get this liability insurance for about $50 per month I can show you how)
This is a very consistent job with good pay and able to expand for more jobs.
