A Jersey City-based development/property management company is looking for experienced professionals to join our growing team. Looking for appliance repair and mechanical.
Job Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair household and commercial appliances
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Perform routine maintenance and installations
Use property management software for maintenance/repair scheduling and documentation
Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Strong appliance repair and mechanical skills
Experience troubleshooting and fixing electrical & mechanical systems
Knowledge of or ability to learn property management software for tracking maintenance tasks (currently using Yardi software for purchase orders and work orders)
Solid communication skills (English required, Spanish is a plus)
Detail-oriented, reliable, and hardworking
Must have own car & a valid driver's license
Own a set of tools
Weekend & evening availability if scheduled or as needed for emergencies
Ability to represent the company professionally at all times
Position Details:
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Pay: $30-$40 per hour (based on experience)
