Position Summary:
The ideal candidate is a skilled professional with experience in vehicle detailing, including clay bar treatment, deep cleaning of interiors, and paint correction. Candidate must have a strong eye for detail, work efficiently, and maintain quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform complete interior and exterior detailing on all vehicle types.
-Deep cleaning of interiors
-Clay bar treatment to remove surface contaminants
-Thorough cleaning of rims and tires
-Paint compounding and polishing
-Application of waxes, sealants, and ceramic coatings
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing bay and equipment.
-Follow all safety procedures and use detailing chemicals properly.
Position Requirements:
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-1-2 years of detailing experience (experience with paint correction and ceramic coatings preferred).
-Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
-Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.
