We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join our company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in motor vehicle maintenance and repair, demonstrating proficiency in various automotive areas. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, engine, transmission, electrical, and ensuring vehicles are safe and reliable for our customers.
MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes and fluid checks.
Diagnose and repair automotive electrical systems, ensuring all components function correctly.
Remove and install engines and transmissions efficiently [a must].
Execute brake repairs, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards are met.
Utilize automotive diagnostics tools to identify problems accurately.
Align wheels and adjust suspension systems as needed for proper handling.
Operate power tools safely and effectively during repair processes.
Restock tools after every use.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
Skills:
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair.
Proficiency in vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, and diagnostics.
Familiarity with automotive electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to work with power tools and diagnostic equipment effectively.
Experience with alignment procedures and suspension system adjustment.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with management.
