Hello, we are looking for a certified HVAC technician with an EPA universal certificate(or journeymans license) to join our maintenance team in Dover, Delaware.
You will join a team of 25 people that handle the housekeeping, grounds, and maintenance. All of our work takes place on campus, so there is no driving across the state for customer service calls.
We are looking for someone with the experience in the following areas :
-Preventative maintenance of heating and cooling systems
-Diagnosis of issues related to heating and cooling systems
-Service and repair of heating and cooling systems
Ideally, you would have at least 2 years experience working on outdoor condensers (residential), boilers, and commercial units also. Please have some of your own tools.
This is a steady job all year long. 40 hours a week, pay is bi-weekly via direct deposit, and paid time off on federal holidays as well. We are looking for people who are seeking steady long term employment. Pay range is 20-32$/hr.
This position is in Dover Delaware. If you qualify, you would have to live close to Dover, Delaware, or be willing to relocate. We can help with finding a place to live, rent is affordable.
