Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of common areas, lobbies, and other shared spaces within the apartment complex.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to ensure a pristine living environment for our residents.
Assist in maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of safe and effective cleaning techniques.
