What you’ll do:
-Assist with loading, unloading, and picking up rental items for events
-Provide friendly, professional customer service when interacting with clients
-Work closely with driver and Dispatchers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries and pickups
-Handle equipment with care and attention to detail
-Work long hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
Requirements:
-Fluent English speaker (must be able to communicate clearly with clients)
-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to get along with others
-Strong front-facing customer service experience
-Ability to lift and move heavy items
-Reliable, punctual, and ready to hustle
-Willingness to work long hours, including weekends and nights
-Authorized to work in the United States
-Bilingual (English / Spanish)
