A lead epoxy flooring technician is a skilled professional responsible for overseeing and executing garage flooring projects with precision and expertise. This role involves a deep understanding of epoxy materials, surface preparation, and application techniques. The lead technician leads a team, coordinating tasks, and ensuring the seamless execution of epoxy flooring installations.Attention to detail is crucial as they assess project requirements, prepare surfaces, and apply coatings with precision.

Requirements of the job include:
- Epoxy Flooring Installation: Execute epoxy flooring projects, including surface preparation, application, and finishing, adhering to industry standards and project specifications.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of 1-2 technicians, providing guidance, training, and direction to ensure efficient and high-quality project execution.
- Project Management: Coordinate tasks and schedules for the team, ensuring timely completion while maintaining quality standards.
- Customer Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their expectations, provide project updates, and address any concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a secure working environment for the team and compliance with industry safety standards.
Qualifications include
- Driver's License: Hold a valid driver's license to facilitate transportation of equipment, materials, and the team to project sites.
- Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with clients, project managers, and team members, managing expectations and providing clear updates on project progress.
- Ability to lift 75 Pounds. Experience in painting, epoxy flooring, and construction a plus!
