We are a leading office furniture dealership based in Bergen County, NJ. We provide workplace furnishings to businesses in the tri-state area.
We have an opening for an experienced installer/driver to assist with the delivery, assembly, and installation of office furniture. Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience required. This is a regular, full-time, non-exempt position. Hours are 8:30 to 4:30 with some over time required on an as needed basis. Hourly pay rate depends on skills and expertise.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Deliver, assemble and install office furniture according to project specifications and manufacturer recommendations
- Carefully inspect product for concealed damages and report any damages to supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ office furniture installer experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to read installation instructions and furniture layouts
- Ability to work in a team environment with changing demands and timelines
- Ability to operate hand trucks, dollies, and panel carts
- Manual dexterity to operate hand tools for furniture assembly
Prior experience with moving and installation of office furniture is required.
