Position Overview:
As part of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for general office cleaning as well as specialized floor care projects. We are especially interested in candidates with hands-on experience in stripping and refinishing floors and operating floor machines.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily cleaning: sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, restroom sanitation, and trash removal.
Strip, refinish, and maintain floors using commercial floor care equipment.
Carpet cleaning and extraction.
Perform deep cleaning and periodic projects as scheduled.
Supervise cleaning crews and perform quality inspections (for supervisor roles).
Train new employees and ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in floor care, especially stripping and waxing (required for floor techs).
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Dependable, honest, and detail-oriented.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Must have reliable transportation.
Willingness to follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
