Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, with day and night shifts as needed
Job Description:
The Concrete Makeover is seeking dedicated and hardworking laborers to join our team. No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow within the company is essential. As a laborer, you will be responsible for various tasks related to epoxy flooring, polished concrete, and self-leveling flooring.
Responsibilities:
- Perform hand grinding and applying coatings on floors while on your knees
- Carry and handle materials weighing up to 75 lbs
- Work effectively both during the day and night shifts as required
- Communicate clearly and work well with the team
- Maintain a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting and kneeling
- Good communication skills
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and advance within the company
- Citizenship or valid Workers Permit
