Job Description:
Are you energetic, enthusiastic, and ready for an adventure? Join our team at High Exposure Rock Climbing and Ninja Warrior Gym! We're seeking staff to manage and run our gym and party business and/or front desk responsibilities. No prior experience is necessary, but we're looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent customer-facing skills, have a natural empathy for children, and are willing to learn safety rules (training provided).
Responsibilities:
Floor manager:
- Supervising our floor staff running gym events & birthday parties, ensuring an enjoyable and safe experience for all participants.
- Ensuring customer service and satisfaction throughout the entire experience
- Learning and implementing safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all visitors.
Front desk:
- Front desk duties including customer service, check-ins, event booking, and handling inquiries.
Floor assistant:
- Helping our guests to stay safe and enjoy their time at High Exposure.
- Learning and implementing safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all visitors.
- Become a party host for High Exposure’s signature parties
Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing situations
Strong customer-facing skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
A natural affinity and empathy for children.
Willingness to learn safety rules and protocols (training provided)
