Looking for part time or full time help. Some experience required in general maintenance but will be trained on the job. Requirements: nonsmoker, clean license, friendly, dependable, speak English. Will be helping maintain and upgrade several clients’ homes, including but not limited to painting, landscaping, and repairing. Transportation to job sites is provided. Need someone who is capable of working with and without supervision once trained. Pay varies with experience, starts at $22.50 an hour, willing to negotiate.
