We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally, and is excited to be part of something new.
What You’ll Do
Perform detailed cleaning services in upscale residential homes
Provide professional and friendly service to our clients
Follow our cleaning checklist and systems to ensure consistent quality
Represent Fieldway Services with professionalism, punctuality, and pride
Requirements
Prior residential cleaning experience required
Conversational in English with excellent communication skills
Must have your own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Must be extremely trustworthy and dependable
Must wear the Fieldway Services uniform (provided)
Comfortable using mobile apps to receive jobs and schedules
Must be comfortable around pets
Willing to undergo a background check and reference checks
What We Offer
Pay: $20–22/hr based on experience
We reimburse for travel (gas and mileage)
