We're looking to hire hardworking, reliable Gutter Cleaners and General Laborers to join our growing team! (More than one position available so tell a friend).
We’re based in Butler, NJ and service residential and commercial properties throughout North Jersey.
What We’re Looking For:
Hardworking individuals who take pride in their work
Not afraid of heights – this is gutter work (We will ask you to climb a ladder so please don't exaggerate)
Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Punctual, respectful, and able to follow directions
Must have reliable transportation to and from our shop
Experience is a plus but not required – we’re willing to train the right candidates. If you’re dependable, motivated, and ready to work, we want to hear from you.
Pay:
$17–$20 per hour depending on experience. Performance-based raises and growth opportunities available.
Duties May Include:
Gutter cleaning and minor repairs
Power and soft washing
Assisting with gutter installations
General exterior maintenance tasks
Requirements:
Must be comfortable working on ladders and roofs
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions
Valid driver’s license preferred
