We are looking for a F/T maintenance technician for our Jersey City communities. A successful candidate is someone who is motivated and a self-starter with experience in all phases of apartment maintenance. Must be able to multitask, use property management software and complete maintenance requests to assure a safe community and home for our residents.
Applicants must be able to work independently, have strong communication skills and be adaptable to various situations. Must have tools to complete work assigned. Must have working knowledge of electrical systems, carpentry and masonry, prep and paint, plumbing and HVAC and lift 50lbs. Must be willing to adhere to company policies and take rotating on call and always maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
Housing is available. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a must. Salary is commensurate with experience.
