Looking for Delivery Driver/Independent Contractor
Capstone Logistics is looking for Independent Contractors/Owner Operators with reliable cargo vans for Grocery deliveries to residences in the Orange County and Duchess County, NY areas. Drivers will be expected to deliver 2-4 orders per hour (this is dependent on vehicle size) from Store to Door. No Shopping! No unattended Deliveries! All deliveries are Local! The desired candidates must meet all the basic job requirements. Owner Operators encouraged to apply!
Shift Open: All days available WEEKENDS NEEDED!
Hours: 9am-7pm
Pay: $10 per delivery (Contractor is guaranteed a minimum of 16 orders per shift) + Tips + ADDITIONAL BONUS FOR BEING ON CALL!
Providing Excellent Customer Service is a must!
Vehicles MUST BE provided by the contractors, we do not provide them
Easy Requirements
18 years of age or older
A valid driver’s license and current insurance
A CLEAN Motor Vehicle Report
Ability to meet vehicle requirements (Driver must be listed on vehicle Insurance)
Ability to use a smartphone
Heavy Lifting required daily
All vendors will operate their own delivery vehicle. Stable routes and pay!

No call/no shows, Call-outs with no coverage will result in termination.

Fees: All IC’s are subject to various Start-up/standard industry deductions. A few examples highlighted below.

On average, Fees can go up to/beyond $40/week per I/C.
