Position: Janitorial Technician
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize common areas such as lobbies, hallways, stairwells, outdoor areas and
restrooms
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in common spaces
-Dust and polish furniture and fixtures in public areas
-Remove trash from common areas
- Report any maintenance issues or damages
- Assist the maintenance team with operational tasks as needed
- Perform other operational duties as assigned by building manager
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in all common areas
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning protocols
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy items
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills
