This is a hands-on position . We are a part time lawn care company looking for help to go full time. EXPERIENCE A MUST need to speak and understand English. Spanish a plus

Duties:
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments to promote healthy growth
- Prune trees and shrubs to maintain their shape and health
- Install and maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Assist with landscape design and installation projects
- Operate and maintain power tools and equipment
- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards
Skills:
- Proficiency in operating power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Experience with hardscape installation and maintenance
- Knowledge of tree trimming techniques and tree care practices
- Strong understanding of landscape maintenance principles
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
