QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid New Jersey Driver's License is required.
- At least 4 years of landscaping experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Knowledge of mowing, trimming, edging, planting and installation.
- Experience with Z-mowers and stand-on mowers.
- Ability to lead a team with diverse skill sets.
- Strong delegation skills to keep the crew productive.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee landscaping projects from start to finish.
- Prepare trucks, equipment, and materials for jobs.
- Communicate with clients about any issues.
- Track job expenses and manage timesheets.
- Supervise the crew and ensure project quality.
- Maintain punctuality and a professional appearance.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Effective organization of tools and materials.
- Experience operating trucks and trailers.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills.
- Snow removal experience is a plus.
- Must be 18 years or older.
