Maintenance Laborer Qualifications:
1. Applicants must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing physical work, and able to lift/carry 50 lbs. plus often daily.
2. Applicants must be at least 20 years of age, and have property care experience.
3. A valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
5. Responsibilities include: Loading/offloading secure equipment daily, mowing (walk-behind mowers and riders), leaf removal, trimming, edging, mulching, planting, and snow removal.
You must be willing to:
-Learn the process and procedures set in place by our company
-Service high-end clientele and commercial clients
-Good working attitude necessary to maintain a good client relationship.
-Positive attitude when working with other employees.
