Clean Sweep Services USA is a new residential cleaning company in Bloomfield, NJ. We’re building something different — a company built on trust, care, and long-term opportunity.
We’re looking for a lead cleaner who takes pride in their work and wants to grow into a management position as our team expands.
What You’ll Do:
Clean homes with care and consistency
Help improve our checklists and cleaning systems
Lead jobs and eventually manage other cleaners
Assist with client walkthroughs and estimates
Help create our team training materials
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of professional residential cleaning experience
Comfortable working solo and leading small teams
Fluent English speaker
Reliable and detail-oriented
Driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Available for part-time/1099 to start
What You’ll Get:
$25–$40/hr depending on experience
