About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced live-in superintendent to manage daily operations and maintenance at a residential building. A current Black Seal Boiler License is require.
Typical Responsibilities:
Maintaining building systems (boilers, HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
Maintain logs and ensure repair building code compliance
Handling minor repairs and custodial tasks.
Ensuring safety compliance (fire alarms, emergency exits)
Responding to tenant repair requests and emergencies.
Daily cleaning of the building.
Coordinating with contractors and service vendors.
Snow removal and landscaping.
Painting
Qualifications:
Valid Black Seal License.
Prior experience as building superintendent or similar role.
Strong handyman and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations.
