Apartment management company is looking for skilled maintenance worker with experience in sheet rocking, tile laying (floor & wall) and painting. Some plumbing experience helpful. You must be able to work independently as well as with a team, have a valid driver's license, tools and your own transportation. Must speak fluid Spanish and English and have a clean record.
