Full Time Position Available
Experienced responsible Maintenance person to join our team to handle light plumbing and electrical.
Able to replace faucets, toilets, and install dishwashers. Change light fixtures, bulbs, receptacles, switches.
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Overtime (on call and weekends as needed)
1/2 hour lunch.
Responsibilities:
Work orders and property repairs in a timely manner. Check all dumpsters daily, and property for any debris. Some painting, in addition to cleaning grounds. Laundry Rooms inspected daily.
Perform regular inspections in the building and common areas.
Assist and coordinate with other maintenance employees' tasks as assigned if needed.
Applicants required to have at least 2 years’ experience in the industry.
General knowledge of plumbing, electrical.
Mandatory to be on-call for emergencies on weekends, evenings and holidays. Alternate with other maintenance personnel. Monthly calendar provided.
Applicants must have a valid Motor Vehicle Driver's License
Full time employees paid medical coverage, life insurance, dental after 90 days.
