We are a small high end stone restoration company looking for a dependable Field Assistant to join us on job sites. This is a hands on, physically demanding role, ideal for a strong energetic guy who is ready to work hard and learn a skilled trade.
You will assist with moving equipment, prepping surfaces, and supporting restoration work. It is a great fit for someone who enjoys physical work, does not mind early mornings, and wants to grow with a small reliable team
PAY:
$150 per day (paid weekly)
2 days per week to start
More days possible depending on performance
LOCATION / TRANSPORT:
Pickup and drop-off in Belleville, NJ
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have reliable transportation to Belleville
HOURS:
Approx. 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Some days may finish earlier
DUTIES:
Help set up and break down equipment
Mask/tape floors and protect surfaces
Assist with cleanup: vacuuming, wiping, dust control
Learn the basics of stone polishing and sealing
Follow directions and assist the lead technician
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid driver’s license
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs
Comfortable with tools, dust, and hands-on work
Must be reliable, respectful, and on time
Construction, painting, moving, or cleaning experience is a plus
Must have a working phone and be reachable
