Maintenance company looking for someone to help in apartment complex. Work to include cleaning dumpsters, laundry rooms, some minor repairs. Must have driver's license, English speaking, and car. Also day sheets are required as you will be working alone a good portion of the day with a supervisor. So you must be able to keep track of what you do.
